APARTMENTS
We can offer apartments with maid service (cleaning, change of linen and towels, maintenance, satellite TV and high speed Wi-Fi Internet) for short-term rent (two nights or several months). You can familiar with the description, pictures and prices of apartments in our catalogue. When you will choose the apartment you would like to rent, you can send a reservation request by clicking on the «Book now» button next to the apartment or write a letter to our e-mail: info@flat-moskva.ru.
If you didn’t find the apartments in our catalog, we can organize a service “Apartment selection” for you. In this case you should send us an e-mail with the details of the apartment characteristics you are looking for. This service is free.
VISA REGISTRATION
We can help our guests to make the temporary registration for the period of you stay in Moscow. Visa registration costs 1700 RUR per a person. This service is available only to our guests.
It is important to know!!! If you will stay in Moscow for more than 7 business days, you will need a visa registration.
For organization of visa registration, you must provide to our company the copies of the following documents:
1) The copy of the main passport page (with a photo).
2) The copy of the page with the valid Russian visa in your passport. (Not required for citizens of the countries with visa-free entry to the territory of the Russian Federation).
3) The copy of the migration card, which you received upon arrival to the territory of the Russian Federation.

TRANSFER SERVICE
We can organize a transfer service for our guests. A few days before arrival, please send all necessary information to our email with the details of your flight number, departure city, time of arrival, the name of the airport of you arrival, the number of terminal in the airport. We will organize a transfer for you and will inform the taxi service the exact address of the booked apartment. The driver will wait for you in the arrival hall with a sign with you name on it. You will have to pay for your transfer in cash directly to the driver.
Rates for taxi service:
Sedan car (not more than two passengers) - 1800 RUR.
Minibus (three or more passengers) - 2100 RUR and more.
If the driver is waiting for you more than 45 minutes, the cost of parking for each additional 45-minute wait will be added to the main cost. Therefore, we encourage our guests to book a transfer for 20-30 minutes later the aircraft arrival, due to loss of time for the receipt of baggage and go through customs.
